New Orleans is a city of neighborhoods. These neighborhoods inspired and informed all aspects of the design of our homes. NOLA Homebuilder's modular houses are modeled after classic New Orleans architecture including the Shotgun, Greek Revival, Georgian, Eastlake and Arts & Crafts elevation styles and can be adapted and seamlessly integrated into the variety of neighborhoods in the city.

Our homes are designed for both inner city 30' lots as well as larger 50'-60' lots in suburban areas of New Orleans. Our Series I homes range in width from 16' to 24' and fit easily onto the city's standard 30'-wide lot as well as irregular lot types. Our Series II homes range in width from 30' to 44'. Firmly rooted in New Orleans architectural tradition, our homes represent the future of this unique city. All of our designs incorporate the Green Smart House package - the latest energy saving building techniques and technologies.

 
All of the Series I homes come standard with James Hardi lap siding, Moen fixtures, G/E appliances, 42" cabinets, 9'-0" floor to ceilings, 3-D architectural shingles, crown and base molding, central air and heat. Homebuyers have the opportunity to decide the exterior color of each home and style of details such as the front porch, front windows, hardwood flooring, carpet, crown molding and appliances to name a few. We also have a variety of floor plans to choose from.

We specify the finest quality building materials in all of our homes. Just like traditionally constructed homes, we permanently place them on a raised chainwall foundation up to 10' high for raised garages. The height of the home is determined by a new flood elevation benchmark set for each property. Because of the quality of our construction and materials, our homes increase in value every year.
