Nurhan Gokturk – President <nurhan@nolahomebuilder.com>
Nurhan Gokturk is a Principal and President of NOLA Homebuilder. He is the lead designer having design modification approval and serves as a construction consultant to general contractors. Mr. Gokturk graduated Cum Laude from the Pratt Institute School of Architecture in October of 1996, receiving the Pratt Circle Award for Academic Excellence. After six years of working as a design architect on projects in New York, Boston, and Paris, he completed Masters studies in architecture and urban design at Harvard University. After graduation, upon hearing of Louisiana's business incentives for entrepreneurs, he moved to New Orleans to pursue an independent urban redevelopment project. He became a founding partner of Hometime L.L.C. and designed and constructed the first New Orleans shotgun-style prefabricated home.
