Process Start to Finish is Four months:

1. Initial design consultation and selection of home style.

a. Site identification:demolition/raising/needs
b. Modification of chosen design, upgrades, options, color, etc.

2. Order new survey
3. Site preparation and demolition, if necessary

4. Submit foundation plan, site plan, floorplan and new benchmark elevation for building permit and request front yard average from city

5. Obtain building permit and submit order to begin manufacturing of modules.

6. Lay new foundation

7. Modules are transported to each site and home is set on new foundation piers by licensed modular home installer who verifies materials.

8. Installer completes installation

9. General contractor commences finish work: completes plumbing, electrical, painting, installation of upgrades, and landscaping.

10. After inspection by NOLA Homebuilder and municipality, customer is given key.
